  31. I set the flow control on both sides to XON/XOFF, and also used the
  32. ROBUST command on the K95 side.  Still no joy.

  34. Here is a little more detail of a typical problem.  I start K95 on the
  35. PC, then put it in SERVER mode.  I then select Transfer, then Choose on
  36. the calculator, which is supposed to ask the PC for a list of files on
  37. the PC.  When I do this, the PC reports "FAILURE:  REMOTE HOST
  38. disabled."  I have read about the remote host command (C-Kermit, p 146)
  39. and confused about what is going on.  Typically, the client side would
  40. instruct the server to perform a command and report the result back to
  41. the client, if I remember this correctly.  Why would I see this error
  42. reported on the server side?

  44. I also experimented with the handshaking character to no avail.  "None"
  45. seems to be the best choice, since nothing at all happens (well, it does
  46. time out) if I set the handshaking character to XON or XOFF.
